In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.

Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and whisk continuously.

Gradually add the Marsala wine and continue whisking until the mixture thickens and becomes frothy (about 10-15 minutes).

Remove from heat and serve immediately in individual dishes.

Garnish with fresh berries or biscotti.
